What is your processing & shipping timeframe?

Dushime Lounge will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has left our store and is with the shipping carrier and in transit. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address.

If you have any concerns about your delivery once the order has been placed and shipped with the carrier, please contact the carrier  and provide them with the shipping  number to file a claim or inquire  about your package.

Please allow 3-5 days  business days before your order to be processed and shipped.  

Returns:

Dushime Lounge does not offer returns on Clearance Items.
